Beam Signing
The Diman Regional Beam Signing ceremony on December 12, 2024, marked a significant milestone in the construction of the new Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School, celebrating the completion of the building's structural framework. During this traditional "topping out" ceremony, a steel beam was signed by students, faculty, and community members before being hoisted into place, symbolizing unity and future success for the school. The event was a part of the larger project to replace the school's aging 1968 facility with a modern educational building, with completion anticipated in 2026.
Shown are current members of the Alumni Association who attended the Beam Signing event. Left to right: Carl Sawejko, Steve Marciszyn, John Viveiros, David Auclair and Dennis Abdow.
